PS: For those who don't understand what I'm talking about, the girl that the kid ran into is cosplaying as Nero Claudius from Fate/Extra, who just happens to look like Artoria's green-eyed twin that's dressed in red rather than blue... and has much bigger boobs. It's understandable that made the confusion since Nero is indistinguishable from Artoria if you're looking at her from the back and there are obstacles (namely, taller people's shoulders) that prevent you from noticing the red-dominated palette of her outfit.

I think that would make more sense though. If the boy's lost, he could have easily mistaken another Artoria cosplayer for his brother. Also, given the fact that everyone looks crazy and he himself asked for a matching outfit, I'm pretty sure this guy knows it's some kind of costume event. He's foreign, not an idiot.
