Well, this chapter gave some good points for Sugimura in my eyes, but I still will only think of him as decent, because I don't like nerdy guys (if he was more casual on the outside about the situation instead of nerding out almost all the time and also didn't outright state he's into 2D girls, I would think of him differently). By the way, nice 4th wall break with the author referencing his own manga in his own manga.
