A Stepmother's Märchen - Vol. 1 Ch. 25 - The Passing of Winter (12)

Nice ally gained. Good for her.
Oh big bro sick and elias feel guilty, oh dear... It's fine... It's jeremy...

is it just me or does anyone feel that jeremy future wife is kinda sketchy?, like i know hes probably treating her differently than before, but there's something in her expression that i dont like

@Hollow7F I agree but I get the sense that she seems like she is being forced to get closer to him. I wonder if she's truly interested or its only her family's plans?

Oh noooooooo sweetiieeeee. Being cold doesn't make you get sick!!! If anything he prolly caught it from that kid he decked...

Oh, dear. It's not your fault, Elias.

We got a little preview into the kind of pressure O'hara has to acquaint herself with Jeremy. It was to be expected, seeing how quickly she's being forced to grow up...I wonder if this means that she would warm up to doting parental care and attention from Shuli, who would allow her to act her age, and not as an adult--assuming she doesn't get that at home.

Good thing she now has Madam Byron on her side. Go, Shuli! 😄

Poor Elias, please don't blame yourself. 😥

Nora got slapped. Evident with the sound effect at the end of the last chapter, I'm guessing his father tends to do that.

@samebucety

Love what she said last chapter that the ripples they create will come back in waves. That's basically the theme of this whole story and her time travel. Because she confidently presented herself at the council, the Marchioness Byron took an interest in her, then by hosting the memorial herself she got the opportunity to be formally presented to the older female aristocrats, and now Count Schwieg will likely intro her to the men
