The problem is not that it isn't moving swiftly towards its conclusion; the problem is that very little has been built over two chapters. Everything that has been conveyed so far in something like 72 panels could easily have been conveyed in fewer than 15 panels. If something complex were being built, while we might not be able yet to say much about what it were, we'd see a lot of something. Here, we haven't see much of anything.
