A Villainess No More - Ch. 40

I wonder if the winter curse keeps the ML and everyone he also passed the curse to in that territory.
It would explain why he waited so long and didn't straight out tell her about the curse.

I also wonder if the ML's enemies opposite curse is doing the same thing to his enemies.

What the heck is Aelina talking about? She displayed no cowardice at all. She was overpowered. Not cowardly. Her reasoning in blaming herself makes no sense. It would have made more sense if she blamed herself for not insisting they take more soldiers with them or something along those lines.

Thanks for the chapter!

It’s so rare to find a good Chinese Manhua... I’m loving this story so far

@GreenDragonSage
She didn't display cowardice, so she can't be blamed for that. But IIRC she did refuse to take an oath that would have given her Winterne power to be able to fight the enemy (don't quote me on this, my memory is hazy). So on that count she is guilty of failing to protect Athy.

@Chiiyuu
AFAIK the original webnovel is Korean. Which explains why Rian is such a decent guy.😁

@ AnimefangirlX I see, thanks for the info! It does clear up some things

Hold on I thought the Winter-whatever curse was just something that helps with the cold? It's something more serious??
Many thanks

hmmmm too much focus on aelina? like girl, you need to keep up yourself. it was your decision, so it's halfway you to blame. however, if aelina could get beyond this loop, hopefully she will be great.
