Wait what, his line of reasoning is wrong. Since it's a rock-paper-scissors you should absolutely send out the knight if you predict the commoner, saving the general for later.

Barring general ties, of course. But he shouldn't have dismissed it that easily.

@KingP_2 But didn't he get new key just before this game? Feel like the loss of his power should've been a big deal too, but Teruasa didn't even so much mention it. Or is Teruasa just pretending that he never lost his key in front of No Eyebrows?

So the rational choice would be not to pick the knight over the general
