add counters on MDList :planned:

I would really like a counter of how many titles you have in every category on your MDList (All, Reading, On-Hold, etc)
Well, the counter is there, but it's only shown when you have more than 100 titles in that category.

@Nekuroi We'll likely add this to the profile page similar to how MAL displays it. Maybe in the MDList itself as well.
