Add publication status to MDList filtering

When doing a manga advanced search, one can filter on publication status (ongoing, completed, hiatus, cancelled)
I would like to do that in the MDList too

For example, it would be great to search for completed manga in the 'Reading' list, to easily find mangas you should move to your 'completed' list (if you forgot them)

i don't think this will get you what you want. A lot of manga are completed but have not been translated completely. So moving something to your completed list would mean you would move manga that you haven't read to completion or could even read to completion yet. Or am I misunderstanding what you are asking for
