Add Tags To Groups

Make group owners able to add tags to their groups that would show what they mainly scanlate.

An example would be a Shoujo Scanlation group with the tags Shoujo, School Life, and Romance.
Perhaps a "Recruiting" tag could also be added so it would be easier to see which groups would be recruiting.
