Add Translation Status (Ongoing / Complete) to Titles

When I open up a manga's title page, I can see Publication Status clearly, so I can know whether or not a series has more chapters incoming, but I can't see whether the work has been fully translated in my language or how many chapters are left that are yet to be translated.

I think a simple solution is to show the number of chapters released in the original language so we can compare it to the number of translated chapters released in whatever language the reader is interested in. Right now we can click on the mangaupdates link to check on the number of original releases that are currently out although its not always accurate.

The other solution might be to add two extra Title entries that looks like this:

Fully Translated: *English (Licensed), French etc.
Partially Translated: Portuguese

*If a work is licensed in a particular language then we could add that in brackets as indicated above.
