Adding upload restriction to new accounts :rejected:

Recently every weeks there is a bot created an account and immediately spam upload chapters of multiple manga to promote their website.
Can we get upload restriction for new account, like the account need to be verified in some way first before they can upload chapters?
Again this is strictly for new account so all other normal uploaders are not affected.

Probably have some kind of captcha to prevent any old bot from uploading. new accounts with zero activity should also be a red flag. or accounts that have no activity and just reached the bench mark. At least a Week, but no more than a month old with some activity. actual reading from their reading list. or contacting a moderator directly.
