Not too sure but I think that he just exposed himself on the fact that he actually works at the bar.
Whereas it was brushed off as some chance happening before.

I'd recommend reading this once it has a fair amount of chapters to binge.

The 'bar' is some sort of adults only restaurant, I guess where hosts are required to do some level of flirting.

Fml also saw him there, so I'm not too sure just why she's so surprised here.
There was also a 'rumour' sequence where everyone hated ML for him working at the bar.
However everybody decided that the rumours must be false cuz he's a good guy.
