Advanced chapter comments | Upvotes, downvotes, etc

The suggestion of enabling likes, upvotes, or downvotes has repeatedly been discussed, and rejected as not fitting the ethos of MangaDex.

as much as i want to upvote things like real good comments, the fact that the community has the capability to go nuts over stuff like bringing realism into a fantasy-genre manga means that there's prolly someone who's gonna abuse the hell outa the system. that said i can think up of several things to improve the comments system. maybe allow ppl to upload images from their PC instead of having to use a URL? because i got plenty of memes and my meme link folder is almost touching the bottom of the screen
