well, when you are that rich it's not particularly hard to pay someone to remove some snot...
It's not like it's hard to clan out and clothes like that aren't exactly cheap.
If anything it shows just how petty and wasteful he is, despite thinking he is better then everybody.

bruh we still don't actually know what he did that's so evil and makes him a tyrant. so far, all that I can gather is that he's not an angel, but, if that were considered evil then most of humanity would be classified evil. I don't see him as an evil person so far. I don't see wanting to have a good public image as evil
