If Minase wasn't currently delusional with thoughts of going out with Inuta, I would have believed this chapter would be the setup to make her end-game. Because of Suzumoto's thoughts about sex and telling Inuta what it means[to her], it establishes the concept that 'sex feels really good and is a wonderful experience with a person you really love' into Inuta's ethics; although he's only felt the physical component of it thus far.
As far as that Shiba guy goes, guess he was gonna get it for intentionally leading all those club guys away from Inuta. Not sure if he's swimming with the fishes or what, but hope he's okay, now that the girl has revealed her feelings.
