Imo the manga was, in some ways, more entertaining and straightforward, no chapter fillers.
The anime has more details, making the story much clearer and detailed.
I loved both endings, as they seem to all be happy in the end, albeit more of a bittersweet feeling for the rejected girl. The anime ended on a more cheerful note, and I prefer its route as well.
Anyways, if you liked the manga, I definitely recommend checking out the anime. Cheers.
