I think as long as the caster's intention is clear then it work with whatever

@zdarkbrz_816 The "suspensin" seems to be intentional, as the Kanji(?) character in the last panel seems to be different from the previous one, and the punch line would makes more sense with that mistake.

the 1st one is an actual typo by the typesetter, the 4th is deliberate translation mistype, or rather, the joke itself.
