I don't get it, why didn't they deal with those masterminds? Not even attempting an assassination, nor the retreating 2k turning rebel as one would expect?

@Anitvenomz Actually, plate metal made arrows pretty useless. You need a crossbow in order to penetrate metal armour. Infact, it's enough if you have a gambeson to stop an arrow. I usually watch Shadiversity on youtube, so my source comes from there.
