Allow Tachiyomi's backup files to be added to follow list.

As the title state. Allow Tachiyomi's backup file to be imported to follow list. I have so many manga I'm following on Tachiyomi and I would like to add it to my account's follow list. Since there's no import follow from Tachiyomi, I have to manually look up all my manga list and add it to my follow list.

You can convert the tachiyomi backup inti a batoto one and then upload that. I could write a program, but i have no idea how either if them look like. So if anyone could provide me a sample for tachiyomi and batoto, i could give a hand.

I will try and make something, but after thinking about it, it would be great for MangaDex to support other backup files from multiple other sources. So this is good.
