Android, images don't resize when changing from landscape to portrait orientation.

To be more exact, on Android using latest Chrome, using resize to fit screen option, image no longer resizes when changing from landscape to portrait mode, even if you started on portrait mode for that image. Refreshing the page will fix the image size. I do not know when exactly this problem started, as most of the time for me rotating to landscape mode is accidental, but it has been a few weeks.
