@karecurry Well.. Whatever the motive, so far Nozomi wants Shino can accept and like her as a part of her family. When Shino becomes clingy to her, Nozomi may get kind a feeling " Yay! Mission is completed ! " thus Nozomi's heart is beating fast.

.. In reality if the completed mission's target is just to make someone or something (in my case is my pet) becomes accepting and liking you (the target has nothing to do with romantical thing), there will be no heart beating that fast, too much red on the face and dizziness like Nozomi shows us here. So.. Those "symptoms" may be added just to more draw readers' emotion.
.. Even so, I don't understand why Nozomi thinks she is going to faint ?.

Shino has led such a tragic life of loss, i think Nozomi genuinely wants to care for her, not out of pity, but because she loved Shino's brother and thus loves what he loved (Shino). But Nozomi still feels like there is distance or Shino refuses to show her vulnerability, so perhaps that is why Nozomi is getting excited but also a bit anxious, because the is both getting closer to Shino but also fears that if she pushes too hard on their relationship Shino might again out up walls.
