Well, if we're talking TMNT, "Batman vs. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" was awesome.

Also, in terms of anime, maybe "Kino's Journey" (original series), or "Another" if you like horror. "Black Lagoon", if you're into 80s action movies.
