Annoying green site message box won't go away:fixed:

With the newest update the big green site message box has not only grown to include old out of date messages, but is now also reappearing on just about every page on the site. This is despite the fact that I click the x and make it go away, it only disappears till I reload the page or click a link to elsewhere in the site after which it reappears till I push the x again. (It is even on the top of this forum page right now.)
I am on ios.

not gonna lie it is pissing me off too on how it won't go away despite the fact I usually don't mind this sort of thing.

Please bear with it, as the devs even took a year or more to implement qol features such as tag filtering meanwhile it took 1 week to implement a feature that nobody even care. Here I am waiting for origin filter which probably would take 2 year, and have been shilling about this since last year.

It took me a moment to realize what 'message box' you were all talking about, since it appears grey for me (I use Dark mode).
