Basically, she's drinking a type of soup base. Imagine drinking chicken broth like it was a Coke or something.
This is in reference to chapter 7, page 13, where she says she's going to go get Funatsugi something to drink.
Then when she returns, on page 15, you can see the bottle is Mentsuyu.

As wikipedia states:

Mentsuyu (めんつゆ, also 麺汁) is a condiment made from dashi, soy sauce, mirin and sugar. Mentsuyu is most often eaten as a dipping sauce with sōmen, soba, udon and hiyamugi.

@orochijes @DrWhoCares I know that, I know the one. I'm questioning the point of turning mentsuyu into soy sauce when it was just a footnote. Let's not insult people's intelligence.

@Shita-kiri_Suzume No one is insulting your intelligence. I just pointed out the joke since you may or may not have glanced over it entirely.

Personally, I didn't want to change it to "soy sauce", nor did I want it to be a footnote. I wanted it to be redrawn on, but limited space hurts that from working properly.
And they wanted it to be soy sauce, I wasn't willing to fight enough for it.
