Another lost soul looking for a specific manga

So since Kissmanga died and I don’t remember every bookmark, I came here for help.

It’s about a boy who is supposed to be a sacrifice of some sort to a (obviously cute and friendly) goddess, he is just gonna be her friend tho. There’s also the mandatory interlude where she joins his school. Of course they fall in love, but

she has to bear all the pain in the world herself, so she is slowly dying and tries to keep distance between them, but he still tries to get to her and save her.

I’m pretty sure that it’s still ongoing and that’s as far as I remember reading at the time.

I’d be grateful if anyone could help, I was not able to remember anything from the title to search it by.
