anyone know how to buy chapters on foxtoon?

Does anyone know how to buy coins to exchange for chapters on foxtoon when located in the United States? Trying to buy the raw chapters for a manhwa but I can't for the life of me get anything to work on desktop or mobile. Found a couple tutorials online but they're kinda old and nothing works, maybe they updated the app or smthing. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
