I know this is just fiction but Togashi is still a character I have respect for. He actually asks the guy he was always looking down on how/why he plays like he does. Not everyone could do that.

Yeah I expected him to be stubborn for a little while longer so this is quite refreshing. He's quickly becoming one of my favorite characters.

it was subconscious look down
because after all togashi is the one who taught the MC the defense (to be honest MC was like beginner, but has explosive growth rate)

@Xeroxcopy4free that doesn't make it easier. He had to realize and the one he trained became better and that he could learn something from him. Most people can't do that.
