I feel sorry for her mother, but I doubt that she will gain back her memories now.
To drag it, the story never made it very important for her memory to be a crucial point of the current relationship. Yeah, many were related with it but only for that moments only, like how her mother mentions this now of all the time.
I totally believe that the story doesn't need to conclude a return of memory, to have a good ending.

Im sorry, but i cant feel bad for her mother. Doesnt matter if she cant remember, she is still her daughter. A loving parent would never react this way. Only a yr was enough for her mother turn her into a stranger. Ive said the same at the beginning when 1st saw her mother disgust, if she recovers her memory now the recent memory of her mother treating her so bad would still be there too.

This chapter is just pain. So much pain. I understand where the mother is coming from but that doesn’t excuse her horrid behavior towards her daughter.
