2nd panel: the doctor offered to heal her but FEater refused saying it's ok.

3rd panel: the doctor decided to force FEater to heal.

4th panel: we see the doctor only wanted to fix FEater's glasses, not to heal her boob.

I think the joke is that small bodily wounds doesn't even register as damages, as can be seen with how the girl's HP is full already with her glasses fixed despite bruises still existing on her cheek.
