Right, because every room in their entire school is outfitted for numerous computer setups, climate control, capacity, and electronically for an esports team/club to be able to just claim it. Not like most places, where they have designated computer labs. They future proofed the entire building knowing they would be having capacity issues with their winning esports team and would need a room available to expant into. But also wanted to just let the team pick literally any room in the building.
