Is there a name for this game?

I used to play a version of it back in grade school called “don’t let the horse get to heaven” where one person would try to have the horse make it and the other person would make obstacles. I think I learned it from a Korean exchange student. He was a cool dude.

Next chapter is continuation of episode of vice-pres hiding body of boys-school stud-consul president. It was in anime. We still don't have chapters about baby-sitting, underwear and bloody online game with shogi-club. I don't know about OVA (little brother and arm-wrestling) if they from manga or anime-original.
