Assassin's Pride - Vol. 6 Ch. 31 - The Strongest Jester

"Hahaha I have my assassination target in my hands, I can kill her now!"
"Get your hands off her!"
"Ok."

.... seriously?

Freeing your target due to overconfidence, what a "professional".

Thanks for the chapter

On a side note, Shicksal is written as "Schicksal", is German and means fate

Class is Jester. I beg of you, there IS a difference, consider making changes in the translation, apart when the guy said so she should mimic everyone else like a clown. That was derogatory. Having her class as Clown waters down the insult and contempt behind it

I can see it already... she's going to lose too so the MC can arrive in the nick of time. Not a bad trope, but you can go overboard with it if the enemy defeats too many allies in long battles before the MC makes his entrance.

@Aramenus
I considered it. I'm fine with either one really, but I thought I might as well go with the official translation.

Elli and Melida will go down as the most legendary duo! Fun watching them fight together

Omg. this entire arc takes soooo much from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

3 round school competition
4 participants
someone messing with the selection system to get the MC selected.
one school getting 2 participants so its a 2 v 1 v 1 kind of situation.
The MC being looked down on for cheating into the competition and slowly gaining everyones favor.
One of the events involved a riddle with mermaid/siren
The Villain disguising them self as someone close to the MC
The last event is a free-for-all where the MC is cornered by the villain who ALSO wants the MCs blood!

@Bakaman she's not an assassination target though? what she need is her blood it was said many times. assassination or not depend on the result of the blood test
