I noticed that some users are using avatar images that looks like they are from hentai and pornography in some manga discussions. There are kids reading manga here and I myself can't stand that kind of content. Should anything be done about that?

It seems that "borderline" is fine, as long as it's not explicitly NSFW.

If it's any consolation... for most children who are unfamiliar with such things, it's likely that any sexual connotations will fly right over their heads.
