That Old Man and Sentimental Outlaw Blues are a reference to an anime named "Jinzou Konchuu Kabutoborg VxV". The Old Man appeared when one of the main characters, Andou Loid, screamed "Sentimental Outlaw Blues". (I saw the entire episode, the enemy's stand is like... 5 snipers shooting at one target at the same time... wtf)
