Berserk of Gluttony - Vol. 2 Ch. 6 - First Form

yeah, romance with a sword

>inb4 his sword's second form is a loli

a bow? It's honestly weird, all i can think is that like a tree form, each section gives you a new type of melee. Coherency.

Sooooo... does sacrificing his stats resets the level of his hunger too?
Because if that's the case, this sword is a Godsend for this dumbass MC.

If not, he's screwed until a Deux Ex Machina comes to save him...
Because he needs to keep eating stronger opponents to not die of hunger, but he just sacrificed his stats, meaning he can't fight strong opponents anymore.
And if, by some miracle, he manages to kill something strong in his current state, next time he sacrifices his stats, he won't gain anything from lower level beings and also won't be able to defeat stronger ones.

And here i was thinking the amount of stats where stupid, wait no i still think the amount of stats is stupid even if you reset.

Feels like forever since it was last uploaded, well who am I to complain

Magic Bow: because when you can't bring the stabby to the enemy personally, this baby will help you deliver that 500-meter love tap you always wanted to do.

Everything he fights dies instantly, and he has to reset his rewards down to 0 to unlock more shit. He's playing an incremental clicker game.

The time is coming when he will start to target evildoers within the city; as Gluttony gets greater, he'll have no choice about this.

He's already recognized that he's a monster. Greed has made it very clear to him what will occur if he doesn't keep his Gluttony skill fed, that he would go on a rampage without regard for who he kills.

The surrounding monsters just aren't going to be enough.

Combined with his desire for revenge upon those who mistreated him...

On another, related, note. It's clear that Knight Heart cares for him as an individual. I suspect that she will be the Romance focus for Our Hero.

It is inevitable that she will learn of his skill, and what it requires of him to keep it under control. The conflict this will cause between her personal feelings for him and her abhorrence of his vigilante activities is something the Author can't let slide.

When he does start targeting those inside the city who are monsters in human form, which clearly will include the family he's already aware of, it would be good if he can somehow document their crimes, such that when she finds out just what he is doing, he will be able to show her that he has been targeting those deserving of death whom the justice system would not be able to touch.

@Gcnx1234

I looked at the RAW and the line was 俺の身長の2倍以上あるな

Which could be translated as: "It's at least twice my height." or "It's more than twice my height."

Either way could be considered a "correct" translation of the Japanese line into English. Although in this case, I have to admit the second would seem to fit better.

What I believe may have happened is the translator (or maybe someone who manhandled the translated script afterward) missed the 以上 part.

shit. the fantasy weapon i hate most of all fantasy weapons. bladed bows are such bs, the trigger! ;(
