Just by reading the summarize I can tell it's complicate lmao. If I get it right there's a dude, his twin brother and the same guy from the future !? Or the guy is pretending to come from the future and is actually the twin.

This reminds me of a short korean movie I watch on Youtube called 'Love Buzz'. Not sure if this is a spoiler or if that movie is related to this manhwa but

The girl in the movie meets a guy who claims to be her son from the future and wants to help her be with the guy she's crushing on, which is apparently her future husband. Long story short, the guy turns out to be her future boyfriend/husband and has some kind of disease and he doesn't want her to be sad. So, he travels back in time and try to set her up with someone else so that they never meet.

Now that I look at it, maybe it's not really the same.
