1- she heard him saying he has feeling for her and now its self-conscious, and its going to start trying to avoid him...
2- she actually came to know she's interested in him and doesn't want to go on a trip with him and friend because "hur-dur muh feelings i cant control them if im near him for too long"

I though that was the whole point of training Haruka? So that she won't mess up if they suddenly switch? But yeah, if you switch during the middle of conversation with others, it might ends up a little bit awkward. Also, could someone remind me again what exactly Akiha wants out of this situation?

@Tamerlane It's even worse if she ends up doing something one personality wants to do, but ends up switching halfway through to reveal that the other personality didn't actually want to do it. I guess this is why both personalities need to really be honest about that stuff, especially with each other.

But the previous chapter makes me wonder if their wishes are necessarily opposite to each other. Haruka claims that she came to be because of Akiha's hesitance over certain things, so it may be possible that Akiha shares Haruka's desire, but is more prone to thinking about the risks of their decisions.
