Blocking group removes series from homepage's follows tab

If a series' most recent upload is from a group that the user has blocked, then the series does not appear at all in the follows tab on the homepage. Chapters do appear as expected on mangadex.org/follows.

Expected behavior is for the series to fall back on the most recently uploaded chapter from any non-blocked groups.
