Bullshit. He was pining over Fujiwara this whole time, literally getting weak just being near her and going out with her. Had a whole bunch of reasons why she's so amazing, and discovered new ones too.
And then he's suddenly 'oh I love Takeru too I guess', because... nothing? Because that guy almost molested him? It has no basis, no real shown reasoning for the change of heart.
