Yes, I'm gonna finish out through the volumes that are released... hopefully a new one will come out soon! Two were released in 2019, and one each year before that, but none so far in 2020 .
There is a minor historical composer named "Giovanni Bazzoni," but I think in the manga the composer is based on the (fantastic) Italian cellist-composer, Giovanni Sollima, and I totally headcanon that this is the song that Tetsuo is obsessed with in the first volume: https://youtu.be/lRlPpv0V3BE?t=90 (the older guy playing is Sollima himself)
The foreshadowing of Tetsuo going back to stubbornly studying the solfége when he hears Ikumi's natural talent is great. I really like how they made him "fake" the free-floating performance
@Wheatshizle Same! Though through translating it I get to read each chapter pretty slowly... a whoooole lot... but then it's nice to go back and read it in English!
