i don't understand why mangadex says that to be honest...
As far as we're aware, there are only two volumes of Boku Wa with 6 chapters in each. Having translated Chapter 12, it's definitely the conclusive chapter to the series... perhaps a one-shot epilogue was released somewhere on the internet - i can't seem to find it myself and nobody seems to have any other link or explanation for this.

update - 13 was very short and accidentally combined with Boku Wa 12, so no panic
