well, not that it isnt a good thing to have something from the future...
but if u gonna add this extra why wouldnt u show us their happy faces? It gives such a empty feeling... like, it doesnt really feel like were them. Did so much time passed that the author couldnt draw them anymore?

@PsychoTheRabbit It's to show that they're different people than they used to be, authors generally do this because they want people to remember them as they were in the actual story, the epilogue shows them as grown up, different than how we remember them as. Not showing their faces is like telling us that they're far away from us now. It's a common trope.

@Darklight99 im aware of the concept, but that would make sense considering a big jump to the future. Just from their talk was clear were talking about at max 2, 3 yrs after we last saw them already as grow ups during college. Thats why it doesnt make any sense. If was further away, like married with kids or if we last saw them at highschool it would justify applying ur logic.

@PsychoTheRabbit It's just a trope. And she had already drawn them with a new design for College, drawing another new design for an epilogue that came out years later isn't a good idea.
