Could you update the Bookmarks to allow specific languages when you follow? I only want to follow the English updates and not the Russian, Spanish, and etc. translations (even if a certain language has more updates than the English updates).

Could you update the Bookmarks to allow specific languages when you follow?

By bookmarks, do you mean your Follows? If so, you need to set your language filter to the language(s) you want to view! The site will then list chapters only in the selected language(s).

Click your name in top right > Settings > Filter Settings.
