Wait, does that CCTV camera trick work in real life? You know, shouldn't some traces be left in the recording?

The CCTV camera could work depending on the quality of the camera. Many cheap ones don’t actually video that much, maybe only take a picture every few seconds to save on storage space, so you could place a picture in between the frames. But flicking it in like that probably wouldn’t be good since it would move up and down as it stablilized.

Basically, a scammer who believed his own scams. I must say, I love how Shinra doesn't pursue this anymore than he did.
