Yes. Looks like you just need to follow the rules about posting and uploading. Check out "Info" section and "Rules"

You can, as long as you follow the rules, in particular 1.1.

Only manga, manhwa, manhua, or doujinshi and webcomics of the aforementioned categories are allowed. Exceptions can be made, but contact staff beforehand.
