Can't Add a New Manga

I can't add a new manga. I see there's a problem with uploading chapters in another thread, but I thought it impolite to hijack the thread with a different issue. I'm assuming the issue comes with uploading the cover image.

Same here. Checked the browser console, got this error 1~2 seconds after hitting Submit:

POST https://mangadex.org/ajax/actions.ajax.php?function=manga_add net::ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Then the button stays infinitely in the "Adding......" state.

Can confirm it worked now, thanks for the heads up.
But for some reason it ended with a Hentai tag. Not sure if my mistake or bug, hopefully the former one since I'm slightly sleepy.
