* they oversee some mafia using some weird horror Nausicaä-esque diving device

* has weird spiritual stuff going on

*MC guy is with rival mafia group after he was kidnapped and is planning some backdoor hack into banks
this manga was some crazy fever dream trip and i've had little luck trying to search for it
by single tags and in general since its sorta old(?) and probably not popular , so any other keywords make more popular things pop-up
and excluding them all ( -"kaiju no kodomo" ) just wasn't helping
