Can't remember title

There is this one Korean comic where it's about a girl who had a name like satellite and the guy had a name like earth and they like each other? It begins with the girl making a ring with her pointer and thumb around the Moon and making a wish. The guy comes along and does the same thing without realizing the girl had done it earlier and she becomes interested. The guy has a hat.
That's all I remember, if anyone has the title of it it would be appreciated!

gah, I just read part of it awhile ago. At some point they changed the name of the girl to moon or luna or something like that. Let me think for awhile.
