Can't report

When trying to report someone I get an error message "Failed to submit report". What's the deal?

Too many unsuccessful reports probably, and the cabal can take away reporting privileges at will.

Pretty sure I've had a couple myself, where I report a spoiler but it's not actually too spoilery. Fortunately I still have my reporting rights.

I never got any feedbacks after making reports. Some random moderator probably thought about how annoying it is to view reports.
