Captcha doesn't reset in reset password

I asked to reset my password, followed link to the page where I can enter my new password and repeat it. Click captcha. However, I made a mistake with password and they didn't match. I tried to re-enter the passwords and they were probably right now, but the captcha window did not reset and when I clicked submit, it kept saying captcha wasn't completed.
